Cory Wong & Metropole Orkest - Live in Amsterdam
Sitting at home during our Coronavirus shelter in place is not fun, but hopefully this new album release will bring a smile to your face. The fabulous guitarist, Cory Wong (of Vulfpeck fame), has just released a new live album featuring the Metropole Orkest. They asked me to adapt for orchestra, two fantastic charts that Michael B. Nelson of the Hornheads had written. These were pretty tricky funk charts, and the Metropole absolutely killed it. Take a listen!
